The invention discloses a micro-foam board sound insulation cushion material dry powder interface agent which is prepared by dry-blending the following components, by mass: 27- 33% of cement, 63-71% of quartz sand, 1-5% of re-dispersible latex powder auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.5% of a water retention auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.5% of a stabilizing auxiliary agent, and 0.05-0.2% of an anti-cracking auxiliary agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the dry powder interface agent. The dry powder interface agent provided by the invention has good adhesion and flexibility. With the dry powder interface agent, the adhesive property of the micro-foam board sound insulation cushion material with other materials can be greatly improved, while the construction convenience of the micro-foam board sound insulation cushion material is not influenced.
