Environmentally friendly vitrified microsphere inorganic insulation mortar and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses an environmentally friendly vitrified microsphere inorganic insulation mortar which is characterized by being prepared from following raw materials by weight: 40-45 parts of vitrified microsphere, 13-15 parts of lime, 3-4 parts of crushed wheat straw, 2-4 parts of an alumina-silicate refractory, 0.1-0.2 parts of citric acid, 5-7 parts of china clay, 1-2 parts of waste scraps of paper, 2-3 parts of rice cereal, 20-28 parts of ordinary portland cement, 4-5 parts of expanded vermiculite and 8-10 parts of a synergist; the used formulation is environmentally friendly, the construction is simple, the vitrified microsphere used as an aggregate has light weight, fire insulation, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, small water absorption and other fine features, by cooperation of the wheat straw, china clay, expanded vermiculite, and the like, the environmentally friendly vitrified microsphere inorganic insulation mortar has porous nature, by mixing with cement, closed internal voids can be formed in the mortar, thermal resistance is improved, thermal insulation effect is remarkable; by adding of the synergist, the environmentally friendly vitrified microsphere inorganic insulation mortar has good crack resistance and high temperature resistant performance, product crack resistance and fire retardance can be enhanced, crop straw used as a based material is energy saving and environmentally friendly.
