The invention relates to a preparation method for a nanowire toughening connection layer between an inorganic composite material and a nickel-based high-temperature alloy. First, silicon carbide nanowires with the pinning effect are generated on a surface of a composite material, the gaps among the nanowires are filled with connection layer materials, a nanowire toughening connection layer is obtained, the interface combination intensity between the composite material and nickel-based high-temperature alloy is raised, the problem of thermal stress concentration caused by large difference between thermal expansion coefficients of a base material and a connection layer is remitted, and strong combination of an inorganic composite material and a nickel-based high-temperature alloy is achieved. The preparation method is advantageous in that high intensity and high toughness characteristics of nanowires and pinning effects on composite material surfaces are utilized, the interface bonding force of the composite material and the nickel-based high-temperature alloy is raised effectively, the obtained nanowire toughening connection layer has high connection intensity, and the method has great application potentials, and has substantial economic and social benefits.
