Inner wall crystal-polishing mirror surface ceramic chip and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses an inner wall crystal-polishing mirror surface ceramic chip and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of extruding ceramic powder by a mould, of which a mould core is provided with convex lines, to form a green tile with concave lines, firing to form a biscuit to obtain a bottom blank layer, pouring a ground glaze layer and an overglaze layer on the bottom blank layer sequentially, and adding a printing layer; pouring transparent or semitransparent glaze on the printing layer to form a transparent or semitransparent glaze layer, and performing glaze firing to obtain a semifinished product, wherein the parts, with concave lines, of the bottom blank layer form concave parts; performing film coating on the whole surface of the obtained semifinished product by using a vacuum ion film-coating machine and then polishing, or performing film coating only on the concave parts by using the vacuum ion film-coating machine and then polishing. According to the invention, the concave parts are directly arranged in the bottom blank layer and the inner surfaces of the concave parts are subjected to film coating, so that a polished crystal tile with metallic luster can be manufactured by taking a ceramic inner wall blank as a bottom blank, the blank of the existing market is filled, and diversity and aesthetic property of the inner wall ceramic chip are enhanced.
