A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention relates to glaze for whitening ceramics. The glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-12 parts of A12O3, 7-9 parts of chromium oxide, 6-8 parts of minerals in feldspar groups, 3-5 parts of a fluxing agent, 1-4 parts of potassium feldspar, 8-13 parts of tetrabutyl titanate, 2-5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 6-11 parts of dodecyl sodium sulphate, 3-9 parts of carborundum, 2.5-6 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 2.3-6 parts of algeldrate, 2-6 parts of barium carbonate, 1-4 parts of raw kaolin, 1-3 parts of boric acid and 2-4 parts of mineralizer sodium carbonate. The glaze for whitening the ceramics, disclosed by the invention, has the benefits that the glaze can well enhance the brightness and the lustrousness of the ceramics, besides, the glaze is uniform, and the quality of the ceramics is improved.
