Glaze spraying device and inner glaze spraying method
The invention discloses a glaze spraying device and an inner glaze spraying method and relates to the technical field of pottery fabrication. The glaze spraying device comprises a support frame, a glaze liquid tray located on the upper part of the support frame, a leather ball arranged on the lower part of the support frame, a photoelectric sensor and a pressure regulating system; the pressure regulating system comprises an air pipe flow divider, an electromagnetic valve, a cylinder and a pressing plate; an upper glaze liquid pipe and a lower glaze liquid pipe are connected between the glaze liquid tray and the leather ball; a one-way valve is arranged on the lower glaze liquid pipe; the photoelectric sensor is arranged to directly face a glaze liquid nozzle; the photoelectric sensor is connected with a time-delay relay; the time-delay relay is in control connection with the electromagnetic valve; the electromagnetic valve is in control connection with the air pipe flow divider; one side of the air pipe flow divider is communicated with a compressed air inlet pipe, while the other side of the air pipe flow divider is communicated with the upper part and the lower part of the cylinder by use of two air delivery pipes, respectively; and the pressing plate is connected with a cylinder shaft and pressed on the top of the leather ball. The glaze spraying device is higher in automation degree, and capable of reducing the labor intensity of a worker and improving the production efficiency; and besides, the sprayed glaze layer is more uniform in thickness.
