Anti-soil hyperbranched dispersing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-soil hyperbranched dispersing agent and a preparation method thereof. According to the dispersing agent, polyamidoamine macro-monomer pre-dissolved by methanol is added into polyacrylic acid or polymethacrylic acid; the mixture is well mixed by stirring, and is subjected to a reaction for 1-3h under a temperature of 140-180 DEG C while water vapor is pumped out; cooling is carried out after the reaction; and water is added for diluting, such that the dispersing agent is obtained. According to the invention, traditional straight-chain polyether groups are replaced by spherical polyamidoamine groups. The spherical side chains form a steric-hinerance effect, and can encapsulate fine soil particles, such that a significant anti-soil effect is formed. With the dispersing agent, a soil tolerance can be higher than 8%.
