Disclosed is a bridge extension seam cleaning device capable of extending service life. The cleaning device comprises a left-half framework (3), a right-half framework (4), and an upper elastic covering element (62) as well as a lower elastic covering element (61) that are located between the left-half framework (3) and the right-half framework (4) and are respectively used for covering the left-half framework (3) as well as the right-half framework (4) above and below the road surface of the bridge. A first movable cleaning plate component (9) and a second movable cleaning plate component (8) are arranged along the front-back direction inside cavities (30, 40) encircling by the left-half framework (3), the right-half framework (4), the upper elastic covering element (62) and the lower elastic covering element (61).
