Provided is an energy-saving stirring drilling machine. A drilling drill bit is installed at the lower end of a drill rod, multiple sets of long stir rods are installed on the upper portion of the drilling drill bit, the lower end of each long stir rod is hinged to the drill rod, short stir rods are fixed on the left side and the right side of each screwed cap respectively, the screwed caps are screwed on lead screws which are parts of the drill rod, one end of each elastic piece is fixed on the drill rod, and the other end of the corresponding elastic piece is fixed on the corresponding long stir rod; when the drill rod is dropped down, the upper end of each long stir rod is folded in the corresponding screwed cap, and when the drill rod is lifted, each long stir rod is in a horizontal state.
