The invention discloses a rainwater collection-storage-utilization system suitable for drought mountainous tobacco-growing areas. The rainwater collection-storage-utilization system comprises a natural channel, water storage systems, an automatic rainwater-collecting pipeline, a water retaining dam and a steel gate, wherein the water storage systems are small water cellars built in a slow-flow section in the natural channel; the gradient of the water storage systems is below 8 degrees; the automatic rainwater-collecting pipeline is positioned at one side vertical to the water flowing direction of the natural channel; the water retaining dam comprises drought cellar parts of the water storage systems and dam bodies at the two sides of the water storage systems; a square-shaped water outlet is left above one side of the dam bodies; and the steel gate is arranged at the water outlet and is provided with a screw opening and closing machine. The rainwater collection-storage-utilization system disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the rainwater can be retained and effectively accumulated, and the problem of water shortage at the transplanting period of flue-cured tobaccos in the drought mountainous tobacco-growing areas is solved.
