The invention relates to a rock wool composite plate with good side sealing performance. The rock wool composite plate comprises a composite plate rock wool core material and composite plate tongue and groove joints arranged at the two ends of the composite plate rock wool core material, wherein each composite plate tongue and groove joint comprises a tongue and groove joint splicing part and a tongue and groove joint filling part; and each tongue and groove splicing part is arranged at the lateral part of the corresponding tongue and groove joint filling part. Compared with the prior art, the rock wool composite plate has the advantages that deformation cannot easily occur; the installation is convenient; the fireproof performance is good; the stability is high; and the heat insulation effect is good, and the like.
