Composite brick and extrusion mold thereof
The invention discloses a composite brick and an extrusion mold thereof. The composite brick comprises an upper surface, a lower surface and a brick body, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface are parallel to each other; the brick body is defined by four side surfaces which are vertical to the upper surface and the lower surface; clay layers are attached to two side surfaces which are next to each other in a right angle, of the brick body; the brick body is prepared from shale and coal gangue; the extrusion mold of the composite brick is composed of two parts, namely a transition section and a molding section; the transition section is an initial end of the mold; and the initial end of the molding section is connected with the tail end of the transition section through a flange. The composite brick has the appearance of a clay brick and a series of advantages of the clay brick, also has the advantage of high strength of a shale brick, and can be widely applied to the fields of historic building restoration and antique building construction. The extrusion mold of the composite brick disclosed by the invention is simple in structure and convenient to operate; one-time forming of the clay layers and a shale brick body in the extrusion mold can be realized; and the production efficiency can be effectively improved.
