Making method of isosceles trapezoid variable cross section bending member
The invention discloses a making method of an isosceles trapezoid variable cross section bending member. The method is characterized in that a variable cross section bending member is blanked through adopting a part plate expansion blanking graph generated by adopting a spatial curved surface differentiation and plane integration and through adopting CAM shared CAD data, and the bending part plates are assembled and welded by using a three dimensional jig, and the method concretely comprises the steps of bending member blanking, jig making, and bending part assembling and welding. Compared with the prior art, the making method has the advantages of high blanking precision of the bending part plates, easy installation and positioning, solving of the technical problems of difficult detailed design of the bending member, slow expansion speed of the bending part plates and low accuracy degree, improvement of the bending part assembling precision and the material use performance, convenience for fit installation with a curtain wall by arranging a curtain wall supporting member on the body of the bending member, and great reduction of the making cost and the installation cost of the member.
