The invention discloses a construction method of an integrated outer wall of an insulation facing structure and the outer wall. According to the construction method, the prefabricated insulation facing integrated plate of a factory is used, and the method comprises the following steps that S1, connecting anchorage parts are mounted on the insulation facing integrated plate and/or inner side template according to an preset distance; S2, the insulation facing integrated plate with the connecting anchorage parts and the inner side template are spliced and assembled in the direction of the outer wall of a building to form a die cavity for concrete casting to form a concrete structural layer, wherein the insulation facing integrated plate serves an outer side template; S3, supporting frames are arranged on two outer sides of the die cavity; and S4, concrete is poured into the die cavity to form the concrete structural layer, and the integrated outer wall of the insulation facing structure is formed. The insulation facing integrated plate serves as the outer side template, and after construction is completed, delivery can be completed only through dismounting of the inner side template and a pull rod component, and a facing layer is not needed to be made again; and the number of construction working procedures and the construction cost of the outer wall are greatly reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
