The invention relates to an integrated external wall insulation decorating plate structure and a construction technology thereof. The structure comprises a decorating panel, a cement base layer, an insulation layer, an anchor bolt and a bonding mortar layer, wherein the bottom surface of the bonding mortar layer is connected with an external wall of a building; the front surface of the bonding mortar layer is connected with the rear surface of the insulation layer; the front surface of the insulation layer is connected with the cement base layer; the cement base layer is connected with the decorating panel; and the anchor bolt is embedded into an integrated external wall insulation decorating plate body and comprises at least four anchor rods and at least one spandrel girder. The structure can shorten an insulation construction period of the external wall of the building greatly, reduces the construction cost, has excellent freezing-thawing resistance, facing cracking resistance, curving and deformation resistance and fire protection ability, and is high in use safety. In addition, the structure can be matched with various decorating materials for use according to use requirements, so that the aesthetics of the external wall of the building is improved greatly.
