The invention relates to a manufacturing technology of a glue-free pure-solid-wood parquet floor board. The technology comprises the following steps that a parquet pattern is designed, and the peripheral size of the parquet pattern is determined; wood is selected, the surface of the selected wood is shaved and sanded, and the wood is manufactured into polished board blanks, grooves are planed in four sides of the blanks, according to the designed parquet pattern, the angle of each blank is accurately sawn, and a milling machine is adopted to mill tongues and grooves inside the blanks; and according to the designed parquet pattern, the machined blanks are spliced, the four sides of a spliced floor board pattern are clamped, a milling cutter is adopted in the back face of the floor board pattern to mill an annular clamping groove, and an annular clamping spring is placed in the annular clamping groove to form the complete parquet floor board; the milling machine is used again for slotting the four sides of the manufactured parquet floor board, the length and the width of the whole parquet floor board are milled, then, surface sanding or wire drawing is carried out, and packaging is carried out after the floor is coated with natural wax oil. The parquet floor board manufactured through the technology greatly reduces the cost and is more environmentally friendly and healthy; and the risk of arching up and deforming of the floor board is reduced, and the stability is greatly improved.

The parquet floor board manufactured through the technology greatly reduces the cost and is more environmentally friendly and healthy; and the risk of arching up and deforming of the floor board is reduced, and the stability is greatly improved.
