The invention discloses a hinge for connecting an instrument door and a door frame on a power distribution cabinet. The hinge comprises an upper hinge sheet, a lower hinge sheet and a hinge pin. The upper hinge sheet is formed by a first connecting plate and a first barrel integrally formed with the first connecting plate through an aluminum drawing die, and a plurality of first connecting holes are formed in the first connecting plate. The lower hinge sheet is formed by a second connecting plate and a second barrel integrally formed with the second connecting plate through an aluminum drawing die, and a fixed boss capable of being clamped into a gap in a C-type material capable of forming the door frame of the power distribution cabinet and a plurality of second connecting holes are arranged on the second connecting plate. A fixe convex block is arranged in the middle of the hinge pin, the hinge pin is divided into an upper connecting pin and a lower connecting pin by the fixed convex block, the lower connecting pin is inserted into the second barrel, the upper connecting pin is movably sleeved with the first barrel, and the first barrel can rotate around the upper connecting pin. The hinge of the structure is good in connecting performance, convenient to dismount and mount, and flexible and reliable to use.
