The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a fireproof door plate of an industrial sliding door. A double-layer hot galvanizing steel plate is used to be subjected to integral foaming forming with polyurethane chemical raw materials. The manufacturing process concretely comprises the following methods of: clamping the polyurethane chemical raw materials between the two layers of the double-layer hot galvanizing steel plate and bonding and performing one-step forming on the polyurethane chemical raw materials and the hot galvanizing steel plates arranged at the two sides of the polyurethane chemical raw materials through foaming. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing process has the advantages of good fireproof performance and the like.
