The invention discloses a solid wood out-opening door and window with good sealing performance. Three seals are used in a fixing and lap joint position of a wood leaf frame and a wood frame, or the three seals are used in a fixing position of the wood leaf frame and the wood frame and a lap joint position of the wood leaf frame and a wood mullion, wherein the three seals are formed by two sealing rubber strips A and B in lap joint at the indoor side, a sealing rubber strip C, which is at the outdoor side, is in lap joint on the wood frame or in lap joint on the outdoor side of the wood mullion and is fixed in the edge part of the outdoor side of the wood leaf frame and an isobaric rubber strip D arranged in the middle; the distance between the rotating hardware surface on the wood leaf frame and the hardware surface arranged on the wood frame or the wood mullion accords with the common hardware installing dimension; the extending-out outermost end surface of each rubber strip baffle wall is aligned with the rotating hardware surface; the distance between the extending-out outermost end surface of each rubber strip lug boss and the outermost end surface of the indoor side edge part for fixing the sealing rubber strip A meets the requirement of the glass installing depth relative to the groove. The solid wood out-opening door and window has the advantages that heat insulation and sound isolation effects are achieved; the energy-saving and heat preservation effects are good; and the hardware manufacturing cost is low.
