The invention provides a cordless roll-up curtain and a roll-up device of the cordless roll-up curtain. The cordless roll-up curtain can be vertically hung or laterally hung on an installing wall and comprises a roll-up curtain unit, a fixing seat and the roll-up device, wherein the fixing seat and the roll-up device are used for installing the roll-up curtain unit onto the installing wall; the roll-up device comprises a hanging seat, a roll-up unit and a connecting mechanism; the roll-up unit enables a reel of the roll-up curtain unit to have the roll-up acting force; the connecting mechanism is used for connecting the hanging seat and the roll-up unit; the connecting mechanism changes the corresponding direction after the installation of the hanging seat and the roll-up unit by the matching between insertion elements and insertion holes of different numbers; therefore the roll-up unit can maintain a vertically standing state no matter whether the hanging seat is positioned in a vertically hung position or a laterally hung position, and the goal of reducing the projected length after the installation can be achieved.
