The invention provides a control method, device and system of an intelligent air conditioner and an intelligent door/window. The method comprises the steps of detecting the operating mode of at least one air conditioner; searching a door and/or window corresponding to the air conditioner, detecting the open/closed state of the door and/or window, judging whether the open/closed state of the door and/or window is matched with the operating mode of the air conditioner or not according to a preset matching relation table, and when the open/closed state of the door and/or window is not matched with the operating mode of the air conditioner, transmitting prompt information for prompting a user to adjust the open/closed state of the door and/or window, or transmitting a control command for adjusting the open/closed state of the door and/or window so as to enable the open/closed state of the door and/or window to be matched with the operating mode of the air conditioner. The control method, device and system of the intelligent air conditioner and the intelligent door/window have the advantages that the operating mode of the air conditioner can be matched with the open/closed state of the door and/or window in a room in which the air conditioner is located during working, and the user experience is improved.
