The invention provides a floor composited with a wood layer and a manufacturing method of the floor. The floor sequentially comprises a lower non-woven fabric layer, a lower gridding cloth layer, a mixing layer, an upper gridding cloth layer and an upper non-woven fabric layer from bottom to top, and further comprises the wood layer. The wood layer is composited on the upper surface of the upper non-woven fabric layer and the upper side and the lower side of the mixing layer. The mixing layer comprises a middle material layer and a glass fiber layer. The manufacturing method is simple, efficiency is high, and the floor manufactured through the provided method has the advantages of being excellent in waterproofing performance and humidity resistance, not prone to expansion or contraction, attractive in appearance, high in strength, appropriate in manufacturing cost and high in cost performance.
