Portland cement clinker and preparation method thereof
The invention provides Portland cement clinker and a preparation method thereof. The method includes the concrete steps that crushing, homogenizing, mixing, drying and powder grinding are performed to prepare a raw cement material; then, the raw cement material is fed into a novel predecomposition kiln to be preheated and decomposed; finally, the raw cement material is cooled after high-temperature calcination to obtain the clinker. In the mixing process, 50-60wt% of original clay is replaced with coal gangue. By implementing the method, the heat consumption of the clinker is significantly lowered, the yield of a cement mill and a rotary kiln is obviously increased, the energy consumption in production is lowered, the emission of waste gas such as CO2 and NOx is reduced, the national environmental protection policies of energy conservation and emission reduction are met, and meanwhile the water retentivity and peaceability of cement are obviously improved. According to the scheme, a large quantity of waste coal gangue is consumed, so that environmental pollution is reduced, and the ecological environment is protected; in addition, the mixing quantity of clinker strengthening cement additions is correspondingly increased, so that the production cost is lowered, and economic benefits are increased.
