Method for modifying waste and old concrete by filling sugarcane dregs
The invention discloses a method for modifying waste and old concreted by filling sugarcane dregs. The sugarcane dreg modified waste and oil concrete is characterized by being composed of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of waste and old concrete, 20 to 40 parts of sugarcane dregs, 15 to 25 parts of cement, 0.5 to 2 parts of water reducer, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of magnesium oxide, and 25 to 35 parts of sand; wherein the waste and old concrete is concrete regenerated aggregate, which is prepared through steps of grinding, sorting, screening, cleaning, and drying; the sugarcane dregs are micro powder with a size of 80 to 200 meshes and a water content of 8-10% and are prepared by steps of stacking, fermenting, naturally drying in the sun, bleaching by hydrogen peroxide, and high temperature drying; and the water reducer is a polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The modified concrete can be obtained by the following steps: grinding, drying, and sieving the raw materials mentioned above, then adding the raw materials into a high-speed mixer, and stirring for 20 minutes to obtain the modified concrete. Compared with the prior art, the provided technical scheme has the advantages of economy, environment-friendliness, low cost, and excellent product performance.
