A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a thermal insulation material which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of titanium dioxide, 30-40 parts of perlite, 12-15 parts of glass stone, 18-22 parts of magnesium carbonate, 6-8 parts of anti-cracking powder, 1-3 parts of alumina silicate fiber, 5-8 parts of sodium nitrate and 3-5 parts of a deodorant. The titanium dioxide can improve the performance of the material, so that the use cost of the material can be greatly reduced; the glass stone in the formula contains fibrous magnesium silicate, one character of the glass stone is to adsorb moisture of which the weight is 150% of that of the glass stone, and fiber containing micropores is formed after the moisture is dried; the perlite in the formula is in the shape of particle with micropores, and the fibrous frame of the material is filled with perlite, so that the thermal material can effectively resist heat conduction, convection and radiation; through addition of the anti-cracking powder, the material is relatively firm; the deodorant can eliminate odor.
