Small modularized steel-concrete rapid-construction box girder bridge and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a small modularized steel-concrete rapid-construction box girder bridge and a construction method thereof. The box girder bridge comprises longitudinal steel main girders, high-performance concrete bridge deck slabs, steel diaphragms, high-performance concrete joints, transverse prestressed steel bars, supporting plates, diaphragm anchoring plates, pre-buried U-shaped steel bars, shear connectors and stiffening ribs, wherein each longitudinal steel main girder consists of a steel bottom plate with stiffening ribs and two oblique steel webs; the cross section of each longitudinal steel main girder presents a trapezoid of which the top is wider than the bottom; the steel diaphragms are connected with the longitudinal steel main girders through the diaphragm anchoring plates; the high-performance concrete bridge deck slabs are connected with the longitudinal steel main girders through the gear connectors. The box girder bridge disclosed by the invention is reasonable in structural stress, and is convenient in modularized construction and transportation. According to the box girder bridge disclosed by the invention, the reliability of connection is guaranteed; the integrality, the usability and the durability of the bridge are improved; the cost of the cast-in-place of concrete supports and the traffic interference during the bridge construction are reduced; the construction is rapid and economic.
