The invention relates to a wrapping and hanging device with arch bridge suspenders convenient to replace. The wrapping and hanging device comprises a pair of wrapping and hanging mechanisms and a monitor mechanism. The monitor mechanism comprises a static strain collection instrument and a computer. The wrapping and hanging mechanisms comprise six supporting beams, four through jacks and two or more steel rods. A dial indicator arranged on each through jack and a strain gage pasted on each upper steel rod are connected with the static strain collection instrument through wires. An output port of the static strain collection instrument is communicated with the computer through a wire. In the use process, the two wrapping and hanging mechanisms are arranged at the positions, on the two sides of suspender components needing to be replaced, of an arch bridge; corresponding data are displayed by the computer through the static strain collection instrument; the control force of the two wrapping and hanging mechanisms is adjusted; the suspender components are replaced safely and conveniently. According to the wrapping and hanging device, operation is convenient, and difficulty and danger of high-altitude work are reduced; real-time monitor is facilitated, and control over force in the stretch-draw process is more accurate; data can verify one another in the replacement process through multivariable control, and the device is safer.
