The invention provides a box structure of a sweeping machine and the sweeping machine with the same. The box structure comprises a garbage containing cavity and a fan containing cavity. The box structure of the sweeping machine further comprises a dust removal cavity. The dust removal cavity is arranged on a force transmission channel between the garbage containing cavity and a fan in the fan containing cavity. The dust removal cavity is communicated with the garbage containing cavity through a dust removal air inlet. A dust removal baffle is arranged in the dust removal cavity, and at least one part of the dust removal baffle is opposite to the dust removal air inlet. The problem that the dust removal effect of a sweeping machine in the prior art is poor is solved.
