The invention discloses a coating spraying vehicle for pavement snow melting and ice removing. The coating spraying vehicle comprises a spraying vehicle body, a generator, a storage tank, a pressure control system, a synchronous sand spreader and a lifting spraying system. The generator, the storage tank and the pressure control system are all arranged on a rear platform of the spraying vehicle body, and the synchronous sand spreader and the lifting spraying system are hung on the tail of the spraying vehicle body. An underwater diving stirrer is arranged at the bottom of the storage tank and electrically connected with the generator. The storage tank, the pressure control system and the lifting spraying system are communicated in sequence, and the synchronous sand spreader is arranged at the upper portion of the lifting spraying system. The coating spraying vehicle is simple in structure and convenient to operate, automatic mechanical spraying and manual spraying are effectively combined, and accordingly the spraying mode is more active and flexible. According to the synchronous sand spreader, independent spraying is achieved, blockage of quartz sand to a nozzle is reduced, and a pipeline and components for spraying can be effectively cleaned in time; the coating spraying vehicle is easy, convenient to use and fast, and the working efficiency is improved.
