The invention relates to a tool for preventing fixed buildings from being damaged, and discloses an anchor rod and a supporting device for a fixed building. The anchor rod (10) comprises a rod body (11), a first hollow sleeve (12), and a pressure resisting device (13) which can prevent the rod body (11) from moving in order to provide the pressure resistance; the first end of the rod body (11) is glidingly connected with the first hollow sleeve (12); the second end of the rod body (11) extends out from the first hollow sleeve (12). With the adoption of the anchor rod, large pressure can be resisted while large stretching capacity is provided, and therefore, the fixed building can be prevented from unbalancing and damage due to the settlement of the ground; in addition, the performance of the anchor rod under repeated pressing and pulling can be avoided being influenced.
