Special hydraulic bucket device for pavement digging
The invention relates to a special hydraulic bucket device for pavement digging. The special hydraulic bucket device for pavement digging comprises a bucket body, a breaking shaft, a shaft cover, a support plate, a rotating motor, five bucket teeth and five limit bolts. The right end of the breaking shaft and the right side wall of the bucket body are connected through a bearing. The left end of the breaking shaft and the shaft cover are connected through a bearing. The shaft cover and the bucket body are connected through a bolt. The support plate is welded to the right side wall of the bucket body. An output end of the rotating shaft is connected with the right end of the breaking shaft through a coupling. One bucket tooth is installed between each pair of third lifting lugs on the bucket body. Each bucket tooth comprises an installing portion, a character-one-shaped drill rod and two L-shaped drill rods. The character-one-shaped drill rods and the right ends of the installing portions are integrated. The two L-shaped drill rods are welded to the left end of each installing portion. The special hydraulic bucket device for pavement digging solves the problem that existing digging bucket equipment is hard to clear comparatively small cement blocks. The function of quickly digging cement blocks on a pavement can be achieved, and the functions of being simple and convenient in operation, small in labor intensity and high in working efficiency are possessed.
