The invention discloses an Internet-of-Things based secondary water supply system comprising an intelligent chip terminal, an electric parameter acquisition device, a water pump temperature acquisition device, a PLC (programmable logic controller), a frequency converter, a human-computer interface, a pressure detector and a switching circuit component. All the modules are configured in order and provided with network data interfaces or network data transmission devices, operation conditions of network water pipes are monitored and controlled in real time, accuracy in data transmission is improved effectively, the PLC cooperates with the frequency converter and the other functional modules to regulate parameters of the operation conditions of a network pipe waterway at the right moment, and intelligent operation level of the system is heightened effectively.
