Method for dredging pipeline with stepping pipeline dredger
The invention relates to a method for dredging a pipeline with a stepping pipeline dredger. The method includes the steps of 1, from one end of the pipeline to be dredged, placing the stepping pipeline dredger in the pipeline; 2, fixing a tubular expansion plate to the inner wall of the pipeline with three expansion cylinders; 3, allowing two piston rods of a double-end hydraulic cylinder to drive a first circular end plate and a second circular end plate to move back or forward; 4, after one of the piston rods fully extends out and the other fully retracts, allowing respective cylinder rods of the expansion cylinders to telescope so that the tubular expansion plate separates from the inner wall of the pipeline and that a cylinder block of the double-end hydraulic cylinder moves along a direction in which the first and second circular end plates move back or forward. The method is especially effective for clearing various matters floating on the inner wall of the pipeline, thoroughly; meanwhile, the method is suitable for routine cleaning of the pipeline.
