The composite board includes a building wall board, a floor board, and a roof board. the weight of the wall board is 1/10 of the weight of an air-added brick masonry wall body, the weight of the floor board is 1/5 of the weight of a reinforced concrete floor board, so that the composite board is suitable for various industrial and civil buildings, particularly, suitable for industrial steel structure buildings. A multi-layer steel structure framework building adopted with the composite board can reduce 70% of the earthquake destructive power of a building. A high-rise steel structure building adopted with the composite board can reduce 40% of the earthquake destructive power of a building. A rural common house is less in cost increasing and can be repeatedly used by adopting a light-steel structure frame and the composite board. A building adopted with the composite board can impact super and violent earthquake of M 9.0 because of light weight, strong structure, and less earthquake destructive power. A building adopted with the composite board can save 30% of steel materials of a building structure, reduces the emission of 6096, and can increase 2-7% of use area of the building.
