The invention discloses a ceiling pinch plate. The ceiling pinch plate comprises a bottom plate, a front pinch plate, a back pinch plate, a left pinch plate and an upper right pinch plate. The bottom plate is a cuboid plate. A cuboid cylinder is formed by head-to-tail connection of the front pinch plate, the left pinch plate, the back pinch plate and the upper right pinch plate. The front pinch plate is identical to the back pinch plate in shape and is opposite to the back pinch plate. The front pinch plate, the left pinch plate and the back pinch plate are arranged at three edges of the bottom plate perpendicularly. The bottom of the upper right pinch plate is positioned above the bottom plate. Portions, below the bottom of the upper right pinch plate, positioned at the joints between the front pinch plate and the upper right pinch plate as well as between the back pinch plate and the upper right pinch plate extend outwardly to form cuboid protrusion plates respectively. The outer ends of the two protrusion plates are connected with the head end and the tail end of a lower right pinch plate respectively. Press riveting blocks are arranged on outer side faces of two ends of the upper right pinch plate respectively. Press riveting blocks are also arranged on top surfaces of two ends of a transverse plate respectively. The ceiling pinch plate is convenient to transport and simple to mount, and lamp strips can be mounted conveniently.
