The present invention provides a floorboard and a floorboard coating application method. The floorboard comprises a base material and a paint film covering the upper surface of the base material; the paint film is provided with an adhesive layer covering the upper surface of the base material, a face layer attached above the adhesive layer and a transition layer attached between the adhesive layer and the face layer; the transition layer is provided with a buffer layer covering the upper surface of the adhesive layer and used for buffering deformations of the base material, and an anti-scratching layer covering the upper surface of the buffer layer and used for raising the strength of the paint film. According to the floorboard and the floorboard coating application method, the problem that the paint film is crisp and fragile is solved, the hardness, anti-scratching performance, shock resistance and the like of the floorboard can be effectively raised, and the service life of the floorboard is prolonged.
