Device for assisting suspender installation
The invention relates to a device for assisting suspender installation and belongs to the technical field of architectural ornament tools. The device comprises a hollow metal cylinder which is square outside and round inside, a spring, a hook, a rope, a connecting rod, a pressing block, an end cover, a screw and a bolt, wherein the metal cylinder serves as a machine frame of the connecting rod and the pressing block, a four-link mechanism is formed inside the metal cylinder, a four-link mechanism is formed outside the metal cylinder, the four-link mechanism outside is a double-rocker mechanism with rotating range limited, and the four-link mechanism inside is in a parallelogram shape. In the process of inserting a suspender into a ceiling, the body of a threaded rod is directly clamped by the device which is different from the method adopted in the prior art that force is indirectly transferred to the threaded rod through a hex nut on the suspender, in this way, the stress condition when the suspender is inserted into a hole in the ceiling is improved greatly, a thread pair between the nut and the threaded rod is prevented from being damaged, follow-up nut screwing is guaranteed, and the prior art is improved in principle. The end cover is connected with the upper end of the metal cylinder, a quincuncial hole is formed in the end cover, and nut screwing can be achieved more easily compared with the hexagonal hole method adopted in the prior art. Furthermore, the device is small in size and can be used for installing a suspender on an indoor edge.
