The invention provides a tile reverse template, comprising a template body. The template body is made of an elastic material with magnetism. The template body is provided with a plurality of concave dies. The shapes and sizes of the concave dies are matched with those of a tile. Thus, when the template body is made of an elastic material with magnetism and can be stably adhered to the surface of a steel mould, production efficiency is improved. The tile reverse template has certain flexibility, so that a mould frame is more tightly adhered to tiles, and slurry leakage phenomenon is reduced. The template can be recycled, so cost is reduced. The hollowed-out design of the template makes paving of the tiles simpler and more efficient, and friction forces between the tiles and a concrete die are increased. In vibration, tile deflection phenomenon is reduced. Tiles after demoulding are arranged in order and are beautiful. The invention also provides a tile reverse method.
