The invention provides a cast-in-place concrete slab-type stairway sliding support and a formwork thereof. The formwork of the sliding support comprises a foam plate, an upper plain round bar and a lower plain round bar. The foam plate is of a dual-layer structure, wherein the upper layer and the lower layer are provided with an upper strip-shaped circular groove and a lower strip-shaped circular groove inside the horizontal plane respectively, and the included angle between the extending direction of the upper strip-shaped circular groove and the extending direction of the lower strip-shaped circular groove is an acute angle or a right angle. The upper plain round bar and the lower plain round bar are inserted into the upper strip-shaped circular groove and the lower strip-shaped circular groove respectively. The upper plain round bar makes contact with the lower plain round bar. According to the cast-in-place concrete slab-type stairway sliding support, formwork erection and casting can be performed on the lower-layer body structure and a stairway, the construction time is saved, meanwhile, it can be ensured that the lower layer body structure and the stairway are separated, the unfavorable effect generated by the body structure on the stairway is avoided, and meanwhile the problem that sliding resistance is large due to the fact that an existing sliding support is in a face-to-face contact mode is solved.
