The invention provides a landscape villa managed through a router and a management method. The landscape villa comprises a villa body. A waterscape device is arranged on the front face and the periphery of the villa body. A power supply for supplying power to the waterscape device and a control device are arranged in the villa body. The waterscape device comprises a water spraying pool and/or a water falling pool and/or an artificial stream passageway and/or a plurality of small bridges arranged in an entrance passageway or a courtyard of the villa body and further comprises a water driving device. The control system comprises a micro control processing unit, the network router, a net bridge connector, a cell phone client side and a router signal management module connected with the router. The router is connected with a network broadband. The power supply and the control system are connected with the waterscape device. Under normal conditions, the waterscape device can only be started when a host returns home and is stopped after the host enters a room, and therefore most of energy can be saved while attractive impression can be provided, and the landscape villa is quite suitable for families.
