The invention discloses an anti-falling safety device of a car carrying plate in a parking device and an anti-falling implementing method. The anti-falling safety device comprises an iron core connecting rod, a microswitch, a front shell, a rear shell, a supporting plate, a supporting plate rotating shaft, a shaft sleeve, a locating and buffering rod, a connecting rod, a buffering shaft sleeve, a buffering sheet, an electromagnet, a supporting plate connecting rod pin shaft and an iron core connecting rod pin shaft. Each parking stall is provided with four anti-falling safety devices. Corresponding anti-falling safety device hooks are installed on the car carrying plate. If the car carrying plate ascends and descends, after controlling the supporting plates of the four anti-falling safety devices to be attacked in place, a PLC sends ascending and descending signals; if the car carrying plate returns to the parking stall, the PLC controls the four anti-falling safety devices to act together, the supporting plates of all the anti-falling safety devices pop up, and the simultaneous united anti-falling function is achieved. By the adoption of the designed anti-falling safety device and the anti-falling implementing method, safety and reliability are achieved, and the problems that a traditional anti-falling device and a traditional anti-falling implementing method do harm to the balance of the car carrying plate, and rollover accidents may be caused are solved.
