The invention provides a buckle device which comprises a power mechanism, a connecting rod, a brake unit and a buckle. The power output end of the power mechanism is connected with one end of the connecting rod. The other end of the connecting rod is connected with the brake unit. The brake unit drives the buckle to rotate. The power mechanism is connected with the connecting rod through a gear to output and transfer power of the power mechanism to the connecting rod. The buckle device overcomes precompression through rigid meshing of the gear.
