Automatic rebound type disengaging prevention hinge and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses an automatic rebound type disengaging prevention hinge which comprises two hinge pieces, namely the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece. The two hinge pieces are provided with cylinders for containing a hinge shaft and with the same size respectively. The hinge shaft comprises a spring in the middle, a fixing shaft and an adjusting shaft, wherein the fixing shaft and the adjusting shaft are located at the two ends of the spring respectively. The spring saves elasticity along with twist of the fixing shaft and/or the adjusting shaft. The fixing shaft and the adjusting shaft are fixedly combined with the hinge pieces through pin shafts and through holes respectively. Gaskets are arranged between the adjacent two cylinders so that it can be avoided that the adjacent two cylinders make direct contact with each other. The gaskets are in a circular ring shape and two in number, wherein at least one gasket is provided with protrusions protruding inwards to be used for preventing the adjusting shaft from disengaging in the mounting process.
