The invention discloses a door and window positioning hinge. The door and window positioning hinge comprises a fixing frame, a first cantilever, a second cantilever, a third cantilever and a supporting arm; two ends of the first cantilever and the second cantilever are respectively hinged to the fixing frame and the supporting ram; a chute is formed in the fixing frame; a sliding block is mounted in the chute; one end of the third cantilever is connected with the slide block and while the other end of the third cantilever is connected with the second cantilever; the fixing frame is provided with a positioning device. According to the door and window positioning hinge, two fixedly-hinged cantilevers are adopted, so that the bearing capacity of the hinge is greatly improved, and the deformation is difficultly caused; the concave-convex surfaces of the chute and the slide block are matched to achieve positioning; the hinge can be simply mounted and positioned at a time after mounting, and then each positioning can be achieved later; the resistance variation is achieved according to the gradient of the chute, and thus the resistance for different positions of window sashes can be adapted.
