The invention relates to the field of refrigeration technologies, in particular to a levelling mechanism and a side-by-side combination refrigerator with the same, and more particularly relates to the levelling mechanism which can adjust the end face of a cold storage door and the end face of a freezing door of the side-by-side combination refrigerator to be flush with each other. A door shaft of the levelling mechanism is vertically fixed to a bottom bracket along the axis of the door shaft. The door shaft is provided with an external thread, and the door shaft is in threaded connection with an adjusting nut through the external thread. A positioner, a stopper and a door closer are further sequentially arranged outside the door shaft from bottom to top above the adjusting nut in a sleeving mode. The positioner, the stopper and the door closer can only move in the axis direction of the door shaft. According to the levelling mechanism, through the threaded connection of the door shaft and the adjusting nut, the adjustment to door bodies of the cold storage door and the freezing door of the side-by-side combination refrigerator is achieved, namely corresponding adjustment is made according to the heights of door bodies of the cold storage door and the freezing door at any time, so that the end faces of the door bodies are flush with each other.
