The invention discloses a ceiling lamp trough structure comprising a metal lamp trough main body. The metal lamp trough main body is provided with a vertical supporting plate and a transverse supporting plate. A reflector panel is formed at the bottom of the transverse supporting plate. A metal ceiling supporting piece is connected to the tail end of the transverse supporting plate. One side of the metal ceiling supporting piece is provided with a supporting plane used for connecting a ceiling, and the other side of the metal ceiling supporting piece is provided with a recessed cavity used for installing a light source which faces the reflector panel. In the ceiling lamp trough structure, the ceiling and the metal lamp trough main body are connected through the metal ceiling supporting piece, so that the connecting portion is high in fireproof performance, products are easy to install, and environmental protection demands are met.
