Triethanolamine is a nonionic surfactant with very high polarity, and is widely used as an industrial raw material in preparation of cement grinding aids. In the prior art, triethanolamine is relatively high in modification cost. By adopting the triethanolamine modification method provided by the invention, the later strength of cement can be improved, the cost is low, and the method is easy to control.
