A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a slag-doped high hardness ceramic floor tile, which comprises the following raw materials by weight part: 4-5 parts of illite, 5-6 parts of wollastonite, 30-50 parts of converter slag, 20-25 parts of powdered steatile, 5-10 parts of kaolin, 15-25 parts of waste glass micro powder, 1-2 parts of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, 2-4 parts of water glass powder, 2-4 parts of zinc oxide, 5-8 parts of brown sugar, 0.1-0.3 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and a proper amount of distilled water. According to the invention, hardness and hear resistance of the tile can be increased by the added illite, the added wollastonite reduces the firing temperature and period, energy is saved, intensity and machinery performance of the product are increased, and cracking can be reduced. The floor tile has the advantages of excellent performance, low preparation cost, simple process, and large scale production.
