ZnAl2O4/Li4Ti5O12 microwave dielectric ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a ZnAl2O4/Li4Ti5O12 microwave dielectric ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adopting ZnO, Al2O3, Li2CO3 and TiO2, of which the purities are larger than or equal to 99%, as main raw materials; blending according to (1-x)ZnAl2O4+xLi(4/3)Ti(5/3)O4, wherein x is larger than or equal to 0.2 and smaller than or equal to 0.8; after wet ball milling, mixing and drying, pre-burning for 4 h at the 850-1100 DEG C air atmosphere; adding a PVA binder (a polyvinyl alcohol water solution with the mass concentration of 5%) into the burnt powder, and pelleting; pressing to be shaped; finally, sintering the porcelain for 4 h at 1075-1275 DEG C to obtain the required microwave dielectric material. The microwave dielectric ceramic is low in sintering temperature and excellent in microwave performance and can be used for manufacturing resonators, antennas, filters and other microwave devices.
