Refractory material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a refractory material and a preparation method thereof. The refractory material contains a solid binder containing less than 500mg/kg of benzo(a)pyrene, a liquid binder containing less than 500mg/kg of benzo(a)pyrene, a magnesia component, graphite, an additive, a dispersing agent and a coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, preparing a carbonaceous binder from the solid binder and the liquid binder; then, sequentially adding all the components according to a certain ratio; and finally, carrying out thermal treatment after forming the raw materials to obtain the refractory material. The refractory material has the advantages of low benzo(a)pyrene content, high oxidation resistance, good structural toughness and the like.
